Youtube Video Thumbnail not showing in Playlist players

  For some reason just overnight the videos I have from YouYube in a player playlist embedded on my pages no longer show a thumbnail. However if you embed a single video the thumbnail shows. This suddenly happened to all my playlist players overnight. I would like to know if the staff technicians are aware of this issue and will it be fixed anytime soon?
