Youtube videos not starting from specific time

  Hi. I’m trying to post youtube video links (I’ve made sure that they aren’t hyperlinked) from specific times in the videos, not from the beginning of the video. It’s not working. All videos are starting at the start of the video, and not where I’m telling them to. Help!
