YouTube vidoe not embedding

  Hello. I am trying to embed a YouTube video through the copy/paste URL method as I have done before, but it is not appearing. Any tips/advice. My blog is located at: http://fatandthefurious.wordpress.com/

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  What is the URL of the video on YouTube?

  Have you tried the shortcode? That generally always works.

  I also tried other videos but none seemed to work. I’m not sure what you mean by “short code”.

  I have been reviewing the “short code” instructions and either that is not working either, or I am doing it wrong. Truthfully, I find the instructions difficult to follow as they are not very detailed.

  To insert the video just by pasting its URL
  a) Go to Settings>Media and make sure the option to enable auto-embeds is checked,
  b) write http, not https,
  c) paste the URL in the HTML editor (or, if you paste it in the Visual editor and it becomes a link, highlight it and click the Unlink button).

  By simply removing the ‘s’ from the ‘https’ in the copy and pasted URL, it seems to have worked. Thank you very kindly.
