YoWindow weather window doesn´t works in my blog

  Hi, my Blog´s name is Rock and Blues Zone, I tried to put a weather widget for my blog, I choose the YoWindow.com weather widget, it worked fine for one year aproximately, but one day, the only thing I see in its place is a gray square, could you help me to fix this problem please?

  Hi there!

  I recreated your widget using my test blog and you’re right. It’s showing nothing. It could be an issue with YoWindow’s weather widget html code. You can try getting help in their forum here: http://forum.yowindow.com/. Maybe someone else posted this same issue there.

  I see that widget uses the GIGYA shortcode. The problem most likely is that while that code often works on WordPress.com, it’s not officially supported, so a recent update to the software might have stopped it from working. I agree with @elzrjose that your best option is to contact yowindow support, as we can’t really help you to fix a feature that’s not supported by this platform.
