  It is showing the site name is already reserved and it is by me. I can’t get back to the original website design and information which is zalacpublicrelations.com. I want to change it to zalacpublicrelations.org

  First – could you please confirm that the active site (the content you are using) is at zalacpublicrelationsblog.wordpress.com.

  If so, and if you want the domain name zalacpublicrelations.org to point to zalacpublicrelationsblog.wordpress.com, then you’ll want to follow the directions at https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/

  In order to map your domain, you will need an upgraded WordPress.com account. You can read about those at https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  Currently, both zalacpublicrelations.com and zalacpublicrelations.org point to a self-hosted WordPress site hosted on BlueHost. If you are planning to keep your website on BlueHost and need help with domain names there, you’ll want to contact BlueHost directly as we can only help with WordPress.com hosted sites.
