zampmarketing.com in redemption

  I have the above domain registered through you but it is currently in the redemption period. I cannot find the domain under domains nor in the purchase area to pay the redemption plus renewal. Can you assist with this? Thanks

  Hi zampmarketing,

  zampmarketing.com expired on 7th December 2017 which is why you are no longer able to renew it from your account. Your domain is currently in the redemption period:

  Domain Expiration

  At this stage, we can still try to recover zampmarketing.com but an $80 redemption fee will need to be paid in addition to the domain cost. If you agree, I can send a payment request for that amount and contact our domain registrar once it has been paid.

  If you don’t want to pay the redemption fee, the other option is to wait until zampmarketing.com is released. However, this process can take 80 days or more and there is no guarantee you will be the first to register it again — domains are released on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.

  Please let me know which option you would prefer.
