Zapier Integration Authentication Error

Having errors connecting Zapier to my wordpress site.
Tried the following:
- Disabled all plugins
- Disabled Jetpack security features
- Tried logging in with both email and username
- Changed the URL formatting to something other than “Plain”
- Added the plugin to my wordpress site (before I did this, I saw a different error but once I added it, I no longer see an error message on why auth failed)
