zeeTasty theme for wordpress.COM??

I am slowly slowly trying to get around to blogging, and after age of searching for the right theme, I really want to go with zeeTasty.
The problem is, I cannot find it under the themes in wordpress.com when I go via my dashboard/appearance.
Is it only for wordpress.org?
I have seem a great .com example using this theme, so am unsure how to go about inputting/downloading it via the backend of my blog.
Altaernatively, is there a similar magazine/website-look alternative with drop-down custom menus in wordpress.com?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs for security reasons and we cannot:
upload any third party themes,
create child themes,
create our own themes,
edit templates,
create own own layouts,
or use stylesheets from other themes.Relevant support docs:

WordPress.org offers free software that you can install on a web server. You can upload and install themes and plugins, run ads, conduct ecommerce and edit the database. The only themes we can use on WordPress.COM blogs are found here > Dashboard > Appearance > Themes

Nearly all WordPress.com themes support dropdown menus. You might want to look at Edin and Goran, which both have a similar homepage structure to ZeeTasty:
