Zephyr 8.7 wont update site content

My site has been running really slowly when editing/working in WP. I updated WP and a bunch of plugins to see if that would help. Currently, my WP page has a big yellow bar at the top telling me to update site content to be compatible with Zepher 8.7 . When updating, it gets stuck at 20% everytime. Any help is appreciated.

Is it possible you created your site under a different login with us or are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
