Zero to Hero: Day Eleven

This is the best part of blogging – meeting people.
I always appreciate the input from others. -
Can I just say how very much I am enjoying this challenge month? It’s a whole lotta work but in a good way. It’s really got me interested and motivated and thinking about blogging in ways I hadn’t before. My traffic has already improved and I’m getting a little more interaction on my blog (I would love more!). Today I have discovered three new blogs and left comments and I must say, they are by far the best written I have found to date. In this project and in general. It is hard to find stuff you really are compelled to read and follow but once you delve a little deeper into the blogosphere and really start interacting, there is some wonderful writing out there :D
-
I’m so happy you made us do this challenge today! Now that I’ve written a few more posts, I’m starting to feel my way through what subjects and topics I plan to cover. Fast forward to today’s challenge, and I did a tag search for those specific topics. Found some really great blogs out there!
That’s a thought for others as well. If you were like me and struggling to find your niche right off the bat, if you’re getting closer, modify your reader so you can get more relevant content.
-
@easygoingmama it’s so great. I find myself really looking forward to 5pm each day to see what the new challenge will be!
-
I did this and found three interesting blogs, one earned a subscriber. All provoked thinking and gave ideas. This was a good exercise.

Hello everyone, Just wanted to mention that I have found a way to see my comments through the Reader – in the upper right corner is a category titled “Comments I have made.” That has saved me having to keep track separately of where I’ve posted comments.
Also, great article today on what makes comments worthwhile – adding to the conversation rather than “Great post!” – a good reminder.
In looking for new blogs and posts to read, I really like clicking or entering small-scale tags – for instance, “crows,” rather than a large-scale tag like “fiction.” The posts that come up are super-intriguing, and not usually on blogs I already follow!
-
“Because engaging in conversation will inspire you; you never know where (or who!) your next great post idea will come from.” So true – just yesterday I while visiting a blog I saw something and poem came unbidden to mind. I,of course, gave credit where credit was due. These assignments have been fun…

I’m excited to see tomorrows post. I had a hard time coming up with some posts today, but I succeeded and commented on them all. I have to learn to be more specific in my posts, more detailed questions and comments. I feel sometimes I can be too basic and I need to work on that. This was a fun challenge overall. Thanks everyone!!!

After starting a bit late on Zero to Hero, I finally caught up on all the assignments. I am really excited to get this task done today.
I’ve been scoping out a few blogs, but I’m kind of anxious about posting on other people’s blogs. But I guess that’s why we were challenged this today. Time to get out of my comfort zone and get involved! -
@skippyfeather – I’m sure I speak for everyone by saying the more comments the merrier! Please don’t ever feel held back from commenting on other people’s blogs. It’s frightfully lonely talking to yourself out there in the blogosphere!
-
@jobakes and @easygoingmama, I’m so glad to hear it! I’m also learning a ton from all of you and will be able to better help more bloggers in the future, so thanks!
@skippyfeather, what @jobakes said! Without comments, there would be no blogosphere. Good job pushing out of your comfort zone :)

I am really getting lost (in the best possible way) in the blogoverse! I have to keep reminding myself that is Sunday today and that I have to wake up early tomorrow!
I have found so many interesting people and blogs this weekend by joining the zero to hero challenge. I will try to keep it up during the working week too…that I promise :) -
Ok so I wanted to share with you some really cool blogs I’ve found. I tried to copy and paste but for some reason didn’t work on my phone so I did the next best thing (I think) and I re blogged them. God knows what will happen. I think they go on my site. But if you want to know which ones but don’t want to go on my site (and I don’t blame you) here’s the list of some of them:
-Math with bad drawings.
-life advice from someone who has failed at life.
-standing in the shallows
-Wrong handsThank me later.
-
Ooo – “life advice from someone who has failed at life” has my vote without reading it already lol @vegasesundance
@michelleweber – *feeling the love in the room* lol :D
-
@jobakes and @michelleweber, thanks for the encouragement! I’m getting it done, and I’m having fun with it. It’s cool getting lost in the blogosphere and feeling like I’m a part of a community. :D
