  How do I purchase a premium template and download it so I can host it on another hosting server? In the past, I purchased a template and was able to download it to a zip file. Can i do that with a premium template? When I go to “Ampersand” (that is the one I am wanting) and try to click “purchase and activate”, it is greyed out and there are no “blogs” listed for me so it won’t let me go forward.

  Premium themes are only licensed and able to be used on WordPress.COM blogs, they are not available for use outside of WordPress.COM. All themes here have been modified to run here.

  If the theme is based on an outside theme, contact the original developer and see if they have an equivalent for use on a WordPress.ORG blog
