I have a WordPress site with a Zippy.com plugin for the last 5 years: https://sacredstonehealing.com. It’s been very expensive hiring editors because it’s too complicated to edit myself. I use it as an online school for my students. I am pretty savvy with my squarespace website karynchabot.com, but this wordpress site is far from user friendly or intuitive. I believe it’s the Zippy feature that makes this complicated. I am looking for a private tutor online where we could share the screen and master this website so I can finally stop giving all my profits to web editors. Thank you! Karyn

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with HostGator.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
