  Chodziło mi o to , jak zrezygnować z META na Facebook ? Czy jest taka możliwość ?

  Possibly you are referring to the connection you made here? https://wordpress.com/marketing/connections/

  You should see the option to disconnect on that page, and this will prevent your future blog posts from being shared on Facebook automatically.
