Zoho Email Account Management

Hello, I have updated the DNS to support an Zoho email account. It looks alright to me but clearly there is something wrong as I am not receiving the test emails, I am not very experienced and would appreciate any advice please.

I have never used Zoho. Maybe this will help you https://en.support.wordpress.com/add-email/add-email-through-zoho-mail/ If it does not help then type modlook into the tags in the sidebar of this thread on the right hand side for Staff help. Then please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond. To subscribe look in the sidebar of this thread, find the subscribe to topics link and click it. -

There was a small error with your mx records. You used mx2.zoho.com instead of mx.zohomail.com. I updated your settings.
Please test your email again and let me know if you are still having trouble.

I am not stuck at all it all looks perfectly ok. Account verified, can send emails but not receiving at all.

I double checked your MX records and they are responding correctly. There may be a problem on the Zoho side of things, but I can’t check that account for you. If you contact Zoho support at the link below, they can check things on their end.
