Hi there,
I suppose is one of the following widgets from here https://developers.zomato.com/widgets – basically, it’s a code that could be added to your WordPress.com blog as a widget.
Unfortunately, as far as I can see the Zomato widgets that I found here contain codes that are not allowed on WordPress.com – here is a list of all the accepted codes on WordPress.com.
If you are familiar with HTML, you’ll notice that codes such as embed, frame, iframe, form, input, object, textarea and others are missing from the above list. Those codes are not allowed on WordPress.com for security reasons.
However, just to make sure I’m correct, could you provide us the widget code you got from Zomato ?
Looking forward to hearing from you!

I just made a test on my blog and this code is accepted by WordPress.com – here is a live test on my blog http://zcreenshot.com/mrw14.png
So what you need to do is launch your theme customizer and check for the widgets section – there add a new text widget and paste the code into the textarea of the text widget ( as shown in the above screenshot )
This article gives you step by step instruction on how you can do this https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/text-widget/
If you need further assistance, please let me know!
