Hi. Only domain names other than .com, .net and .org need zone records according to the link below. Did you follow all the instructions?

Thanks for your help. I guess I don’t!
I am clutching at straws here because this has worked for months now and only recently stopped working. The nameservers are still set the way they have been all this time (and reset!), and my domain registrar insists that the records are there.
I have just changed the nameservers to their IPs instead of their domain names.
I wonder if that will make a difference. -
Thanks for the additional information. I did a WHOIS lookup for that domain name and it turns out your domain name is expired. This is not a nameserver issue.

Contact your domain name registrar as soon as possible or you may risk losing that domain name. -
Is it?
Registry Whois
Domain Name: decoratorpattern.comStatus: clientHold
Registrar: DISTRIBUTE IT PTY LTD
Whois Server: whois.distributeit.com.au
Referral URL: http://www.distributeit.com.auExpiration Date: 2012-07-17
Creation Date: 2010-07-17
Last Update Date: 2011-08-02Name Servers:

ns2.wordpress.com
ns3.wordpress.com -
Status: “clientHold” is usually the status when a domain name is expired. (Even if the expiry date says otherwise). I still think it would be a good idea to contact your domain name registrar first.
