  Hi, I would like to know how to add a “Zone Record” on the WordPress.com servers in order to map to the domain sitoin24ore.it (Italy) to the blog sitoin24ore.wordpress.com.
  I haven’t registered that domain yet, because the registar asks me for the server name!

  I added a zone record for this domain. You should be able to proceed with changing the name servers now.
