Zoologist – Remove space between Menu and page's title

Hello there,
Can someone help me with my issue please ? I want to reduce the space between all my pages and primary menu. We just have the free version of Zoologist.
Also, is it possible to reduce the size of the police ?Thanks a lot for helping us.

That spacing is set by the theme itself (in the theme source file) and there is not a setting to edit that directly. You can confirm here that the demo site uses similar spacing between the header (menu) and the content below. https://wordpress.com/theme/zoologist/
It is possible to modify this spacing with a bit of custom CSS, but that will require our WordPress.com Premium Plan (or higher) and is not an option on free sites.
Another option would be to switch to a different theme, one that offers less spacing by default. Here are few options you can consider:
