Zuki Theme: Feature images

  Hi,
  Sometimes I want to set a Feature Image for a post at full-width 1200px so that it can appear in my feature slider.
  However then that image is also shown in smaller widgets below, like ‘recent posts’, which show the image in a square-shape box, so the large rectangular 1200px image gets cropped. And shown beside other square feature-images (500x500px) it looks inconsistent.
  The only way I can think of to avoid this is to prevent the posts shown featured the feature slider area from showing up as recent posts… Is this possible?

  Hi there!

  I can certainly help out with some code to help you hide those thumbnails in your Recent Posts area. However, before we do that, I have another suggestion. Because Zuki is a premium theme, you have direct access to its developers. I think you should take your inquiry to them first to see if they can give you a work-around so your thumbnails will be consistent. Here is a link to do that:

  If it turns out it isn’t possible, then we can hide the images. Just let me know what they say, and if you need some CSS code to change thumbnail visibility.
