Zuki Theme – please help!

    Hi, I have just bought the Zuki theme. I am trying to set up a custom static front page. For this, I added few featured posts first. Then I added the widget Post Content 1, under which I chose featured image + overlay title/excerpt and excluded those posts with tags as”featured” since they will already show up first. However, this isn’t working and the same posts are getting added in the recent posts section. Please help!
