    This is WordPress.com forum, It sounds like your website is using the open source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) which is hosted elsewhere rather than WordPress.com. Which means, WordPress.com staff are limited to access the file hosted elsewhere.     However, you can contact your hosting provider’s support team for buying additional space.
