Проблема с админкой при разработке

  Тема -продажа квартир.
  Не шаблон.
  Разрабатывается на чистом WP – слова разработчика (фриланс).

  В админ.панеле для управления большим списком объектов, мне необходимо указать данные о товаре: всего 6 характеристик.
  3-ком; город; улица; этаж/этажность; общая площадь/жилая/кухня; цена
  Разработчик указал только одну характеристику – 3 -ком.
  Это не позволяет мне отличать объекты друг от друга и управлять ими при эксплуатации сайта. А это несколько тысяч единиц товара.
  Объяснение разработчика – взял готовую админ панель WP, что-либо изменить практически невозможно.

  Так мне надо: 3-ком; город; улица; этаж/этажность; общая площадь/жилая/кухня; цена
  А так по факту: 3-ком.

  Вопрос: позволяет ли готовая админ панель указать данные о товаре, которые мне нужны.
