  WordPress.com user accounts are permanent, and you can find more information about that here:

  and select “Block all email updates from blogs you’re following on WordPress.com.”

  Хочу удалить свою учетную запись с WordPress.com. Как это сделать? И удаляться ли мои старые записки с блога,в котором я участвовал?

  As I stated above, WordPress.com accounts are permanent. They can not be deleted.

  But you can delete your site by following these directions:

  http://support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
