היי אני עשיתי זיכוי אצלכם כי מעולם לא השתמשתי באמת בשירות.

I see that you made your initial upgrade purchase on Nov 14 2022, and then cancelled on the same day. You can confirm that we returned the funds in the most recent receipt here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/
Because your cancellation came shortly after the transaction itself, your bank may opt to issue a reversal instead of a line item refund on your statement.
To explain, In the case of a reversal, you won’t see a refund credit on their statement – you will instead see the original authorization drop off your statement entirely after a few days. There will be no payment and no refund. It’ll appear as if the whole transaction never happened. Your bank should be able to confirm this for you, so please check with them. I confirm we show the transaction as canceled and refunded on our end.
