  Hi there, If you purchased a template from a 3rd party like Envato and want to use it on a WordPress.com website, you’ll need to upgrade your site to at least the Business plan to use it here. https://wordpress.com/support/themes/uploading-setting-up-custom-themes/

  If your site is using the open source WordPress software, the place for help is either with the theme author or the forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ where where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.
