  Could you please confirm the site you are working on?

  You can delete the site by following the guide linked at

  Delete a Website

  
  Once you delete your site, you won’t be able to reuse the address.

  Please note: If you are on one of the WordPress.com paid plans, you will have to cancel it first by going to the Manage Purchases section in your account linked below:

  I checked your account and your ability to purchase upgrades have indeed been disabled and you should’ve received a notification in your dashboard in regards to this.
