  The way to do this is to send in a feedback to staff and request that an Arabic forum be added to the International Forums. The feedback button is on the top right corner of any admin blog page.

  If you Google the text (copy and paste) it comes back with links to sites that have nothing to do with blogging. I would call “spam” on this thread and Nuke it. :)
