    Hi there,

    You didn’t receive a full refund because the domain associated with that plan is still active and is owned by a different account than the one you’re using to post to this thread.

    If you want to get the rest to that refund, please ask that other user to post to this thread confirming the domain cancelation and I’ll cancel the domain and issue the rest of the refund.

    Please note that if I cancel the domain, there is no guarantee it will become available to register somewhere else, and you may not be able to get it back.

    I already log in the account, but when I click cancel the domain perchase, there’s nothing happen. Now I can’t see the cancel link in Billing History and Payment Settings .
