    I use the mandarin website. I didn’t see the same content in English one. I still leave the links below. I hope it helps.

    I register wordpress.com for blog today.
    https://tw.wordpress.org/about/
    the website says: “WordPress.com的服務，可以讓你在幾秒內建立一個以WordPress為基礎的免費部落格”
    which means that it is free to use basic blog.

    But as I start applying, I saw in terms of sevice

    “5.Firehose。
    費用；付款。註冊 WordPress.com Firehose，即表示你同意向 Automattic 支付指定的月費，….”
    It says as I register, it means I agree to pay the fee monthly.

    So does registering wordpress.com for blog means that registering WordPress.com Firehose at the same time. So I have to pay monthly?
