付款升級帳號但是帳號還是免費版

  你好，剛剛付了NT5,148升級帳號，銀行顯示已付款，但是帳號依然是免費版，無法使用付費服務。

  請幫忙檢查看看，謝謝

  What is the URL of the site you are trying to upgrade?

  I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.

  If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:

  Account recovery form – https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

  這是我擁有的第二個帳戶，第一個帳戶可能是使用XAMPP建立的測試帳戶，XAMPP的帳戶使用介面不太一樣，找不到哪裡可以看繳費的紀錄或是升級後額外的服務。

  1.可以請你們直接把付費服務轉移到hosuan.wordpress.com嗎?
  2.如果1.不行的話，我是不是要到XAMPP的帳號申請退費，移除XAMPP帳號後再付款升級?

  Hi,

  If you were using XAMPP, then it is likely you were setting up a site with the open-source WordPress software from WordPress.org.

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  Could this be what you were doing?

  另外早上我聯絡了信用卡銀行，銀行說有收到交易請求但沒有交易成功，所以想確認WORDPRESS有支持使用JCB的信用卡付款嗎?(我的信用卡是由JCB發行)

  Thanks for the info, I’m looking to see if it helps.

  In addition, I contacted the credit card bank in the morning. The bank said that the transaction request was received but the transaction was not successful, so I want to confirm that WORDPRESS supports payment by JCB’s credit card? (My credit card is issued by JCB)

  I checked our logs, and I do see a failed payment for your account.

  That payment failed because the wrong security code was provided during checkout.

  If you want to try again, make sure you’re using the correct security code – that’s the last three digits appearing on the back of your card.
