I do not have any upgrade in payment and when i try to delete my site, it tells me to reach out the support team.So could you just delete the sit and account for me?

We’re not able to delete sites or accounts for you – you need to do this yourself.
But, I see what the problem is here. In order to do this, we’ll need to downgrade the site
blogmrdogecool.wpcomstaging.comfirst. To downgrade the site, we must confirm that you understand:1. Any content (pages, posts, media, comments, etc) added after adding outside themes and plugins will be lost.
2. Any custom content created by plugins and themes will not be carried over.
3. Plugins and third-party themes can no longer be used.
4. The site will revert to using the old theme.
Once we’ve reverted the site, you’ll be able to delete the site and close your account.
We can proceed once you’ve confirmed. Thanks!

I have fully reverted that to a free site as requested, and you can now close your account by following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/close-account/
