    Hi there,

    Will the refund amount be refunded to my account, I have not received my money, I have cancelled my subscription.

    Refunds are made to the same card that was used to make the payment. It usually takes around ten business days after we issue the refund for your bank to show it on your account, but with banks outside the US this can sometimes take longer. If you still don’t see the refund on your account by the end of this week, please contact your bank directly to follow up with them.
