    We don’t offer any tool on WordPress.com that allows you to clone someone else’s website. In fact, doing so could have legal implications, as both a site’s design and content might be copyrighted.

    Can you share a link to the site you have in mind? Then we might at least be able to tell you what theme they’re using, and possibly suggest something similar if it’s not a theme found on WordPress.com.
