Maybe my hosting is bluehost then I’ll just use the wordpress.org it already has

You have a WordPress.com account, because you are using the Jetpack plugin on your site, and that plugin needs a connection to WordPress.com to work.
We can remove the Jetpack connection for you so your site won’t appear in your WordPress.com account any more, but if we do that all the Jetpack features on your site will stop working. Please confirm if you want us to disconnect Jetpack for pinkcat990.com

You don’t want to log into WordPress.org.
You want to log into the admin user account for your specific site. The two are not the same.
When you set up your site at Bluehost, they would have sent you an email with login details for your admin account that you use to log into the site. If you don’t have that, Bluehost support can provide it to you.
A WordPress.org login is something completely different, and is only used to post in the forums on WordPress.org, or to contribute to the WordPress software. A WordPress.org login has no connection at all to your site, and you will only have a login there if you specifically create an account on that website.
I have removed the Jetpack connection for your site on our end, so your site is no longer connected to your WordPress.com account. If you want to completely close this account, you can do it from the account settings page at https://wordpress.com/me/account
