  移轉網址的過程中已有請現有服務商進行解鎖’網域鎖定’，但仍無法順利移轉(已有再次確認網域仍是可轉移狀態，並沒有限制轉移)

  What domain are you trying to transfer to WordPress.com? I don’t see any transfer subscription on your account. Are you following these steps?
