I don’t understand what you’re asking. What site do you need help with, and what exactly are you trying to do?
The only site in your account is https://guozhiwei.wordpress.com/. That site does not have a custom domain, only that free address.
At the moment, that site is set to the Coutoire theme. You can see the instructions to set up that theme at https://wordpress.com/theme/coutoire
