    I’m trying to post some pics, but it comes with an error saying that the image exceeded the limit. There had been no problems at all, and considering that the previous images we’ve posted does not go online, it seems like the problem in the WordPress. Is there something wrong?

    Hi there,

    It looks like you’ve used up all of the 3GB free media storage included with your site, so you won’t be able to upload any more images to the media library.

    You can free up space by deleting some files from the media library, but note that doing that will also remove the images from any posts or pages where you’ve used them. Deleted media files cannot be restored.

    Your other option is to upgrade your site to a paid plan – our Starter plan includes 6GB additional storage, and our Pro plan 50GB:
