    프리미엄 요금제로 업그레이드 했다가 취소하니, 개인요금제도 사라졌습니다
    개인 요금제 1년은 벌써 결제를 해놓고 사용하고 있던 와중이었는데,
    다시 48$를 내고 업그레이드를 하라는군요. 결제 해 놓은 개인요금제를 다시 사용하고 싶습니다

    In order for the domain, easy-bigdata-marketing.com, to continue working with us we need to get a plan added back to your account. The mapping is included with that plan and is not available by itself.

    I paid 48$ and I would like to get refund.
    I am not that satisfied with this service :(

    Hi migeonchoi,

    We offer a 30 day refund period but the plan was purchased back in May, so I’m afraid we can no longer issue a refund.

    Would you like me to add the Personal plan back to the site (with or without domain mapping) so you can continue using the features until the original expiry date?

    I am not that satisfied with this service :(

    Then could you help me, so I can use the personal plan with domain mapping?
    That would be nice :)

    And I am wondering if you can tell me how to edit html of my wordpress page.
    I’ve tried really hard to find “editor” under “appreance” tap, but it was not there.

    Is it because I used personal plan?
    Or is it just because I cannot find it?
    Please help me, becasue I really want to add Google tag manager into my web site and it’s the reason why I paid for wordpress.

    @migeonchoi we have restored your upgrades for you.

    The Premium plan allows HTML and CSS, however JavaScript and outside plugins and themes are not allowed without the Business plan.

    Perhaps we can help you accomplish something similar, if you let us know what you’re trying to do.

    Hi there,
    I really need your help

    I would like to use “editor” funtion under appreance menu- however, I don’t have it.
    Could you help me with this?

    Under ‘Appreance’ menu,
    I have Themes, Customize, Widgets, Menus, Header, Background, AMP and Mobile but ‘Editor’.

    Please help me, I need to use Editor funtion to use google analytics
