    개인용 1년 사용금액 $48 결제한후 프리미엄으로 업그레이드 (추가 $51) 하여 사이트 구성을 하였으나, 사용상의 어려움으로 인하여 취소하였습니다.
    취소의 결과 $51은 환불 취소되었으나, $48은 취소되지 않았습니다.
    이에 $48의 취소를 청구하오니 조속히 처리하여 주시기 바랍니다.

    Your question translates to:

    $51 was refunded on 11-Sep-2017. I’ve just refunded the remaining $48 — this is the difference between the Personal and Premium plans. There is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:
