HELLO and virtual hugs! Welcome to my lair. I'm Bobbi, the saucy, silly, and sometimes absurd chick behind 1fungrltavels! In 2005, while on my very first 6 week solo Eurotrip, I got bit by the travel bug and haven't been able to kick it since. The experience was liberating, life-changing, and more intoxicating than any glass of wine! I started this blog for 3 reasons:
1. To inspire you to get out of YOUR bubble and take the road less traveled, even if it seems out of the norm, weird, or unconventional.
2. To instill faith in women to have the courage to travel alone, to show them how travel can transform their life, and to teach them that even if it scares you.. DO IT ANYWAY!
3. To show you that it is possible for you to travel even if you don't have a lot of money, and EVEN YOU can start a travel blog!
