Bio
I am a renovation loan (aka 203k) specialist working for one of the country's top mortgage lenders. I've been helping the public obtain home financing since 2001 and I've been renovation specialist since 2008. The reason I decided to become a renovation specialist is because it is a great program and a terrific option for many of today's homebuyers.
