Bio
Erin St.Louis, Chef/Owner of The Haute Cuisine. I am a creative, hardworking chef with a passion for food, nutrition, and healthy living. As a Navy spouse I have lived all over the United States as well as Japan and Guam. I have also travelled extensively throughout Asia, which has greatly diversified my culinary talents. Haute Cuisine actually began while living on Guam. Another Navy spouse and I were providing meals for new parents in our squadron. Many families were delighted with our meals and word quickly spread. We were soon receiving requests to provide our cooking talents. When time came to leave Guam and move to San Diego, I realized that the same new parents, working professionals, and busy families could benefit from my services.
