Bio
I am a thirty-something stay at home Mum to three little ragamuffins. Having suffered with depression and perinatal depression, I believe it is important to break down the stigma of mental health issues and create an open conversation. I have to work on my mental health on a daily basis and part of that is through writing.
My depression does not define me.
I love music, dancing, cooking healthy family meals and baking naughty family treats. My play list will usually be a mix of Jeff Buckley, David Bowie, The Rolling Stones and the Arctic Monkeys.
