Bio
I am a married husband of 3 wonderful kids. I also live in a small town outside of Charlotte, NC. Currently, I am unemployed and my life changed on October 22, 2015 when I was hit by a city bus after doing an errand my boss asked me to do for work. Professionally, my life has never been the same. Fortunately, I have a wonderful wife who has stood by me and by her love (I think she should seriously be sainted one day), the love of my kids, and the Grace of God, I am still here and most of the time in generally good spirits.
I am an avid homebrewer and have gotten very deep peace in my Catholic Faith. My homebrew label has also embraced my faith through some of the beers I brew. Nonetheless, I am not claiming that what I am doing through this blog is in any way condoned or authorized by my church or the Diocese of Charlotte. What I do hope though is that by attempting to complete this Lenten Mission, I will truly find a deeper relationship with God.
