Bio
Abel Prudhomme is a published author whose many works are available online and in print. He was born and raised in Los Angeles, California; and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical Studies with an emphasis in Counseling and Public Speaking from Louisiana Baptist University, a Certificate in Library Technology from Pasadena City College, and has over ten years experience in Administration, Communication, Marketing and Library Services.
Abel is a playwright, satirist, poet, and performer whose works have been featured in print in the Blue Collar Review, online in West Magazine, and on international television via the Pasadena Network.
Performances of his work have left audiences mesmerized and coming back for more. Included in these personal appearances are his stinging rendition of his satirical work, "A Modern Proposal"; and a fully costumed enactment of his fantasy fiction, "The Last of the Canterbury Tales."
Not satisfied to rest upon past achievements, Abel has just completed what is being hailed as verbal work of art. Accomplishing the unbelievable in the literary world, Abel has just completed a sequel to William Shakespeare's "Hamlet". As if returning from a world of medieval Danish intrigue combined with Elizabethan voice, his new play, "Hamlet Resurrected" is poised to be one of the greatest stage presentations of the 21st Century.
