Bio

I am a 67 year old retired female with Bipolar 1 Disorder. Only recently diagnosed (four years ago) I have a lot of catching up to do, as my symptoms started when I was seventeen. I hope to help others as I share my thoughts and experiences with those who have similar diagnoses and mental health issues.
