Bio
I live between the beautiful city of San Francisco and beachside in Marbella in the southern coast of Spain.
"A Conscious Appetite" is not necessarily a food blog or a travel blog and I’m not an authority on either...or much! I, humbly, created my blog to journal a little of my life and share my travels and food musings with my family & friends. If, in turn, any of this also entertains others, then what a sweet reward!
