Bio
Darnley Howard is a management and economic development consultant with over 15 years of experience in assisting companies and governments in the developing world. He holds a B.S. in finance and multinational enterprise from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. in finance and international business from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago. Mr. Howard has worked in financial analysis and international treasury at several major corporations including Xerox, Digital Equipment, and Abt Associates. For the past thirteen years Mr. Howard has been president and principal consultant of Advansa International, a consulting firm which he founded. Mr. Howard has been a consultant on international development projects and private equity transactions in Ghana and other emerging markets.
