Bio
I'm a trained chef, eco-entrepreneur and creator of DateCoop.com, a natural dates distribution company in Europe. I'm passionate about health, sustainability, cyclotourism and traveling to remote places. In 2004 I embarked on a journey around Europe studying and working organic, permaculture and health farms. I then visited over 20 countries around the globe to deepen my understanding of cultures and life. My mission today is to promote healthy lifestyle choices and make healthy food available to anyone.
