Bio
Aldo, whose family comes from the Northern Italian region of Veneto, has extensive culinary expertise and has worked around the world in some of the top restaurants and resorts. Aldo loves to cook classic and traditional family style Italian dishes, for example penne pasta with crab and calamari, ricotta and spinach ravioli, veal Marsala, calamari fritti and Aldo’s famous mascarpone tiramisu.
